Murray Jacobs: Quirky Public Art and a unique bridge: Can this be Cambridge?

Cambridge has one or two very well-known bridges, but only one has links to a famous Italian painter.   Stephen Hawking once said: “Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet.”  Art lovers in Cambridge should ignore this advice.  In fact, they should do exactly the opposite!
