Go west! Come and join us as we venture to the southwest of England – Cornwall. Famous for its rugged coachline, rich mining history and the iconic Cornish pasty. And thanks to the Gulf Stream, Cornwall has the mildest and sunniest climate in the UK. It is one of the few places in Britain where certain palm trees and sub-tropical plants can grow outdoors.
During our five days in in this wonderful county, we will be visiting the Trewithen Gardens, the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan,Trelissic Gardens, Lanhydrock House and the Bodmin and Wenford Railway. On our outward journey we will have a lunch stop in Exeter and Dorchester on our homeward journey.
We will be staying at the Best Western Fowey Valley. The accommodation is ensuite and the package includes dinner bed & breakfast.
