In line with the latest updated advice regarding the avoidance of non-essential contact, Denman is postponing all courses and specific Member events that were scheduled to run until 12 April 2020. Please note that we will review all future courses again in a weeks’ time and will update you accordingly.
This has not been an easy decision and we know many of you will be disappointed, but we are sure you will feel, like us, that we cannot take any other course of action. Your safety and wellbeing and that of our staff and other visitors are and will always remain our priority.
We understand that many of you are concerned about current bookings and may wish to seek a refund. We will be happy to complete this for you, however we would ask you to consider postponing or accepting a credit for a future course if possible. We are all mindful of the significant financial impact a closure will have on Denman and so if you are willing to postpone rather than cancel it would be greatly appreciated. The decision however remains yours, so please let us know how you would like to proceed.
We take our duty of care extremely seriously and we will keep you updated on any further developments should the need arise.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us and please accept our apologies in advance for any delays in responding back to you. We would welcome your continued support in terms of contacting us with your concerns rather than sharing your concerns via social media channels as this only adds pressure to Denman staff and impacts our reputation with other members and our external audiences.
We thank you for your continued support of your College in light of this unprecedented situation and look forward to welcoming you back to Denman very soon.
